Stream February’s EL SONIDO: Radio Show

Your monthly instalment of forward-thinking jazz, hip-hop and electronic music is brought to you by EL SONIDO: and La Radio.

February 2018 will forever be known as the month that it snowed in Barcelona. But, as the rest of the city ground to a halt at the mere sight of the white stuff,  the guys from EL SONIDO: and La Radio were busy laying down a monthly radio show fit to warm the heart.

Thoroughly European-influenced, February’s EL SONIDO: show includes upbeat, jazzy-electronic crossovers from the likes of France’s Neue Grafik, Belgium’s Moodprint, Germany’s Grandbrothers and the UK’s Joe Armon Jones & Maxwell Owin.

Heartfelt soul is delivered by Londoners Poppy Ajudha – who released her latest EP this month – and Black Acre’s Connie Constance, while rapper-cum-poet Kojey Radical provides a dose of powerfully delivered self-reflection alongside Marti’s delicate vocals.

This month’s show is a journey through the jazz, hip-hop and electronic sounds that continue to push boundaries in the UK, Europe and beyond.
